Susannah: Yes, that was phrased politely and I appreciate it. I agree that it seems crazy to think Ben would need to “force himself” on her but on the other hand, ask yourself this. Isn’t it just as hard to believe that in VEGAS, where hot women are literally everywhere, that Ben would choose her as his weekend booty call??

Nothing about this entire case makes sense.

OK…one more comment. I just noticed the picture of girl-pimp and I find it hard to believe my man Ben would need to assault her. Now I know he is embarrassed. I was expecting a woman of Naomi Campbell/Halle/Beyonce/Eva Longoria calibre–but this girl is not attractive at all. (And I phrased that in very polite terms).

I am not a lawyer.. so I couldn’t even begin to figure out how this could or should pan out for either of them.. but I am crossing my fingers that she is just another money hungry jaded one-night-stand.

I am on the other hand a nurse. Like many of you have said.. it is NOT unusual for rape victims to not report the incident. However, more times than none.. it is because they were threatened either with their lives, or with their families, kids.. ect. This was obviously not the case here… which is where the suspicion as to why she waited to long comes in.
