I believe that free agency also killed baseball. I personally don't even watch baseball anymore. But what a team that was in the good old days. I also think Bonds should be in the hall of fame. His numbers pre Balco would have been enough to get into the hall, besides how many players are in the hall of fame that used steroids already. If you played professional sports from the seventies to 2003 chances are you used roids. I don't see what the big deal is. In this case, they purposely torpedoed every remotely decent player on the team in the hope that minor league players other teams don't seem to want and are 2-3 years from even being in the majors will all blossom into stars. And agreed on Miller. I think he's the final free agent resigning you'll see this year. Remember they had Bonds,Bonilla,Van Slyke,Drabek so on. I just wish they would take some notes from the Penguins or Steelers and put together a championship team.
