They did not know who Ben was in the sense of his “That’s Ben Roethlisberger, QB of the Steelers. The guy who won the Super Bowl and got into the motorcycle accident.” Somebody just told them, “Hey, he’s an NFL Qb. He’s a big star.” Those are two totally different things. Specifically knowing who he is (and thus, the stuff like the Reno case) is not the same as being vaguely told he’s some sort of famous athlete.

She didn’t even know who Willie Colon was. So that pretty much puts to rest that they were “Steeler fans.”

When she refers to Ben’s “reputation,” she was referring to the fact he was a known flirt and man whore. You’ll note at the end of the video, when they talk about rape, she even says, “You need to tell somebody because maybe he gets away with this sort of thing all the time.” If you were going to bring up the Reno case, THAT is when you do it. Instead she was just making a general statement that, “Hey, you should tell somebody because this big time celeb probably gets girls drunk and take advantage all the time.”

Again, two TOTALLY different things.

So let’s review: I’ve listened to Biancofiore’s interview, then I listend to the Scholten one that ditzy chick above mentioned. TWO INTERVIEWS, ZERO MENTIONS OF RENO. None. Zip. Nada.

As I surmised, you, just like that crazy chick above, are jumping to wild conclusions in some sad attempt to spin a conspiracy theory that makes your beloved QB look like a doe-eyed innocent. Sorry, doesn’t work that way. Thanks for playing.

Go listen to the audio. Then you’ll come back here and admit you were wrong.

And nowhere does it say she “knew of Ben’s reputation.” The only mention of “reputation” was the bartender telling her “he wouldn’t do anything to hurt his reputation.”

I’ll check the PG.com audio to see if there is any discrepancy. But if it turns out she says the bartender mentioned Ben’s rep, as I have stated, this will be your last post here.

In her interview with police. Which is available on PG.com in the CD/DVD section of that case. Biancofiore mentioned “Ben’s reputation”.

DA Bright also mentioned that one of the girls in her group was a Steelers fan.

So, cite your source or never post here again.
