Got to disagree about the Ravens. I like them. If it were not for them, Miami would be tied with the 2008 Detroit Lions for being the WORST team ever. The Dolphins ended a 16 game losing streak by defeating the Baltimore Ravens at home 22–16 in overtime on a 64 yard touchdown from Cleo Lemon to Greg Camarillo. On December 16 of every year, I now give thanks for the Ravens and to them for doing their part in making an embarrassing year a little more bearable! LOL

Oh, I didn't realize you were a Dolphins fan. I just thought you followed them for some reason or another because you caught me off-guard with how much you knew about them. :)

The Steelers don't play many blowouts. Even with Big Ben in there, 14+ point victories are fairly rare. This being only his second game back, on the road, against a team that is decent if not great does not, in my mind, indicate a blowout win. I think that's what Vegas is looking at, as well.

Thanks for the compliments on my site. I do my best. Always appreciate talking football with well-spoken fans of other teams. Well, except Ravens fans LOL.

I am not crazy - I promise. But the spread here is 14 for the NO game and the Ravens. The Dolphins only beat the pathetic Bills, a rusty Vikings team and an OT Field Goal in Green Bay. The Jets was a good game, but Miami blew it late in the game with special teams and set a record for the Patriots with one of the most @$#^$ up games I have ever had the displeasure of watching. The Steelers have been strong with some piss poor QBs and now Big Ben is back. If you have not noticed - I am a Dolphins fan and am praying for a miracle. I was hoping for a 8, 10, 14 point spread so I don;t have to bet against my team. Makes watching games tough.LOL. Anyway... As you can tell - I am not a trash talker, just love football and appreciate the game. You have a very well thought out, concise blog. I was impressed as you seem to follow your team as I do mine, so I had to post. Although I will be betting on the Steelers this weekend, I am hoping to lose my money! Enjoy the game and keep up the good work blogging.

14 points? Seriously? The Dolphins aren't the Browns for pete's sake. I fully expect the Steelers to win as they are the better team but I don't think this is the mismatch you seem to think. Granted, 3 points is probably giving them too much credit (7 or 8 would've been where I set it) but the Dolphins are decent enough to where I don't see this being a lopsided blowout.

What I meant by 'Stunt' was unleashing the 'Wildcat' for the very first time and shocking the Patriots. I am sure they will use the 'Wildcat', but it has not been very effective for them. They do better in regular formations. I was just thinking that the Steelers would be one of the tougher opponants they face and they may try something brand new again on a premier team. I thought the spread would be like -14 to be honest. What do the Las Vegas Gurus know that we don't?
