I certainly don’t think he warranted a re-sign at the end of the year, but I certainly don’t put all the losses on his shoulders either. The interesting thing about cutting Reed, with all the blame to go around: the players, the coaches, the towel boys, the grounds keepers, etc – they make an example out of their kicker. Their kicker, he’s the only player on that team that has had less of an impact in the last two losses as I have – and I don’t even play.

I’m shocked at the Steelers. That’s the best they could do after that embarrassment on Sunday night – let’s cut our place kicker – because it’s his fault that Will-i-am Gay can’t cover a TE, it’s his fault that the line can’t protect Roethlisberger, and it’s his fault that the defense was unable to cover my grandmother. This just screams of a Santonio Holmes type of example.

I have to say, so far under Art jr’s watch – I’m not overly impressed with the decisions being made.

Krawzyk, may I ask what possessed you to purchase a Skippy jersey? Not judgin’, just askin’. I admire fugly guys who bang bottle blondes with big hair as much as anyone but I would think rooting for a field goal kicker is a bit anticlimactic.
