That was someone else on the comment line. The reason I did not include it in my article is precisely because I understand the strategy behind it. However, I do not believe that your coaches have so little faith in your D that they believe Ben would have thrown four touchdowns (what it would have taken to come back before that 4th&1 stunt) in the 4th quarter. Therefore, the 4th&1 was a low blow. A kick while we were down. An insult added to injury. It was not strategic at all. I just spent the entire article talking about how our D didn't show up to the game. About how terribly ugly we looked. You get no argument from me there.
