If/when receivers are making catches, the secondary is wrapping them up. "On any given Sunday...". Can't put to much on who they played. The Seahawks knocked the Saints out the playoffs last year, who'd a thunk it. I gotta go by what I see, and so far that's been some great coverage on some great receivers, very, very little YAC, no long passes, even a couple coverage sacks. I see young guys, old guys, and backups playing well. I'm seeing improvement every week. Being a "glass half full" kinda guy, I think we have to say they're the real deal until somebody proves otherwise. This week, Gabbert is a rookie, but Mercedes Lewis is not, Hill and Thomas are young and fast, then they get Kolb, Fitzgerald and Doucet, then Brady and that group, Flacco and his guys. Its going to be a big month for Lake's bunch. So for those that need to see them "tested", here we go. I think they'll do well. This is the NFL. “On any given Sunday…”.
