I am NOT @ ALL "happy" with these "Projections" as my Cousin Mark, an Associate in The Steelers Scouting Department has "assured" me that the following Players ARE The Steelers "focus" going into The Draft:

Round One: Georgia Offensive Guard/Tackle Cordy Glenn

Round Two: California Linebacker Mychal Kendricks

Round Three: Miami (of Oxford, Ohio) Offensive Guard Brandon Brooks

Round Four: Oregon Running Back LaMichael James

Round Five: Wisconsin Quarterback Russell Wilson

Rounds Six & Seven: DEPTH, DEPTH, DEPTH...

A Safety, Wide Receiver, & Defensive Linemen

I am "attending" The N.F.L. Draft this year for the FIRST time! I "believe" this Year's Draft Class will "define" The Steelers Franchise for the next DECADE!

Respectfully Submitted,

Miller at #56? Wow, with the amount of solid Offensive Linemen on the board at said spot, it would be really tough to justify taking a luxury pick like a Back. Some combination of Mitchell Schwartz, Zebrie Sanders, Amini Silatolu, Kevin Zeitler, and Brandon Brooks will be there, and Mychal Kendricks should be in play as well if the team elects to not go Inside Linebacker with #24.

Plus, there are plenty of RB's to be had in Rounds 4-6 which could give similar production as I pointed out in an earlier post. Can't say I'm personally a fan of the Crick pick as well. His injury history plus the fact that other more athletic 5-Techniques could be had in later Rounds or near the same spot makes it too risky.

I do however like the Childs pick, as it is a low-risk, high-reward scenario for Pittsburgh, and it would give them a tall, somewhat field-stretching, and Red Zone target to groom. Also like the Davis pick as well as Pittsburgh needs a younger guy to develop behind Big Ben.
