With all of the Reloading & change of Offensive Philosophy in Pittsburgh this Off-Season, it will be interesting to see how well Head Coach Mike Tomlin handles the "transition" into the NEW Era of Steelers football. I fully expect there to be a seamless transition, with GREAT success as a result. Tomlin has already proven "time & time again" that he can handle "adversity", with WINNING being the "CONSTANT in his teams' VARIABLE World"! After attending The N.F.L. Draft this Year, I can honestly say, I "feel" that his Fingerprints are NOW completely ALL OVER this Team. MOST of the Bill Cowher Era players are gone or approaching the end of their Careers. With the obvious exceptions being "BIG BEN", "The Man of Troy", James "Silverback" Harrison, and a few others. Just how well this Years' Draft Class performs on Game Day, IS going to go a long way in determining the Ultimate outcome of The Steelers upcoming Season. And whether they attain "The Magnificent Seven" (or "Seventh Heaven) this Season.    Respectfully Submitted, **Michael S.
