The answer is "yes," and its been one of my primary problems with our fan base. If we made Terry Bradshaw feel unwelcome in Pittsburgh, then shame on us. I'm just glad that Bradshaw found it in his heart to come back and forgive us, and become an ambassador for the Steelers. And while Kordell Stewart frustrated the hell out of me, I never resorted to death threats or racism, and any fan who did ought to be excommunicated from the fan base. Now it's Ben Roethlisberger's turn, apparently. He deserves criticism for some of his past actions and for not throwing the ball away often enough, but the way fans are acting this off-season is embarrassing. If I was Roethlisberger, then I'd just deliberately start saying outlandish things to start f__king with some of the fans' minds.

@somedude1212 I agree, Kordell was a great athlete and a good QB but his downfall was his poor performances in big games. The OC carousel that occurred during his tenure didn't help the situation at all either.

I always thought Kordell was a fantastic athlete and good qb. I noticed his game went south when we switched coordinators, to Gilbride. Gilbride had an overly complex system, and Kordell was not a super smart QB. Thing about the NFL though, intelligence doesn't count as much as physical skills. (Else Peyton would have 10 super bowl rings right?)

I blame coaching for his career troubles. I also don't hold Kordell to blame for the Patriots beating us in the AFC championship, that was squarely on special teams. We had that game in the bag until that penalty and subsequent killer return.

I am sad of the way people remember Kordell and talk about him now. I remember a lot of hope when he was the QB, and a lot of the amazing plays he made. I am a proud Steelers fan, but there are times when I'm ashamed to be one; Watching people rip on Kordell during his heyday is one part. Watching those same people rip on Ben also bothers me. People need to learn that the media is not about factual reporting. it's about spin.

This is a good one, but I'd hardly say Terry Bradshaw didn't deserve Gramma calling him an A-Hole, if she said it, she probably had a good reason for it!! LMBO!! She liked @CowherCBS though, so that's something :)
