		<description>Great post Dom!  You could have wrote one based just on the linebackers that have come and gone alone.  The Steelers as an organization have a very unique ability to know when to cut ties with a player and when to hold onto them.  The fact that they are still so widely respected throughout the league shows that they do it in a way that doesn&#039;t leave the player bitter or disgruntled.  I thought it was a big gamble letting Porter go at the time that they did, and to some degree it was considering the season he had in Miami, but the defense didn&#039;t skip a beat.  </description>
