He gave the Ravens a better grade. That same Ravens team that lost JJ, Suggs likely for the season, the very underrated Corey Redding and o yeh a pro bowl OG.

I think this article was meant for FF and not the real thing. Outside of the QB, due to protective rules, the "players" are by and large fungible due to parity. It's what you do with the personnel that matters. That's why the FO and coaching mean so much more to an NFL team than a NBA, MLB or NHL team. In this regard, one of the most significant, and I would argue positive, moves in the NFL was the dumping of BA and replacement by Haley. This alone should move the Steelers grade up two notches (one for the dump and one for the pump).

@craig.nicepickcowher Totally agree. What miffs me is the fact that it is these guys' jobs to research and follow the teams around the League. Especially from a site as big as CNNSI.com

Great article. I noticed that C grade and realized that they must not have been paying attention. The Steelers went into the offseason with salary cap issues and holes to fill on the roster. They have reloaded without anyone using the words "salary cap hell", which is a major accomplishment. It's hard to imagine how the Steelers could have had a better offseason under the circumstances. I can't say that the Steelers will be better than last year, but the opportunity is certainly there.
