Nice Pick Cowher’s Week 6 NFL Picks

Think you can pick winners better than the NPC staff?

The Nice Pick Cowher staff is back again this week to make our predictions for the slate of NFL games on the Week 6 menu.  Week 6 starts tonight with the Steelers in Tennessee to take on the struggling Titans.  Ben Roethlisberger has a chance to pass Terry Bradshaw on the franchise record books for all-time passing yards tonight with less than 300 yards to go.  Troy Polamalu and LaMarr Woodley are going to be on the sidelines and hopefully their presence won’t necessarily be sorely missed as this should be a good opportunity for the Steelers to gain their first road win of the season.  We’re down to the last two unbeaten teams; the Falcons and Texans.  And unfortunately the national nightmare of having to listen to countless arguments regarding whether it is or is not “Tebow Time” is still going strong.  The entire staff save for Dom had 10 games correct last week, and Dom continues his tradition to pick against the Steelers in order to ensure their victory.  Never underestimate the power of sports superstitions.  As always we encourage and invite all of our readers to join in and compete against our picks, or heckle them mercilessly if you’re so inclined.  Here are the current standings and this week’s picks:

Kimmy = 46 – 31

Craig = 48 – 29

Dom = 44 – 33

Kari = 43 – 34

Andrew = 47 – 30

Lori = 31 – 14
