Think you can pick winners better than the NPC staff?

If you’re anything like me you can still smell the funk of that Browns game all over you and the upcoming matchup in Baltimore isn’t making it any better.  I don’t know if the sky is falling or the football gods aren’t in our favor this year but it’s been a challenging season to say the least.  If there are any football gods than we’ll be treated to another Mark Sanchez butt fumble this week because I just can’t get enough of that replay.  Last week Lori took the win but Craig still holds the outright lead over the staff.  This week I had to go with the mantra my Pap always told me, “Bet with your head, not with your heart.”  As much as I’d like to see the Steelers pull one out this week with or without Ben back, I’m not very confident it’s going to happen.  Thankfully the Steelers playoff chances are still alive even with a loss this weekend.  Getting Ben, Antonio Brown, and Troy Polamalu back and healthy for the end of the season can be just the spark this team needs to put together a magical run we can all tell our grandkids about.  Even though I’m picking the Ratbirds to win, I still believe.  I hope you do too Steeler Nation.  As always the NPC staff encourages comments and picks along with us.  Here are this week’s slate of games as well as the overall standings:
