NPC’s Week 3 NFL Picks

Think you can pick winners better than the NPC staff?

Here we are at Week 3 already. Here at Nice Pick Cowher, we are not only a bunch of nerds who follow the Pittsburgh Steelers tirelessly, but we are also a bunch of nerds who follow the NFL tirelessly. Therefore we put our money (or maybe just pride) where our mouths are and make picks on every NFL game each week. We don’t mess around with point spreads or anything like that. Just straight up picks.

It’s a bit of a reunion week in the NFL for Week 3. The week of action starts off with Andy Reid going back to Philly to see if his Chiefs can improve to 3-0 and he can stick it to his previous team. Indianapolis will travel west to San Francisco as Andrew Luck will face his former coach at Stanford, Jim Harbaugh. The Colts just got a boost in their running game thanks to the trade for Trent Richardson while the 49ers are coming off of a demoralizing loss to the Seahawks.

If you’re bummed about the Steelers starting 0-2 at least you can take pleasure in knowing your favorite NPC staffer is in the lead for the overall picks after two weeks. I’m putting my lead on the line to see if the Steelers can turn this losing ship around and win on Sunday night for the sake of our sanity. Our reader participant, Jenn, went 9-7 last week to take her to .500 overall so far.
