2. Do you believe that 31 year-old D.J. Williams can be a long-term replacement for Brian Urlacher? Or is he only keeping the “seat warm” for the talented Jonathan Bostic?
I believe that D.J. Williams is a place holder for Jon Bostic, who will win the starting job in time. D.J. Williams has experience and better coverage skills than Jon Bostic, that is why he is starting as middle linebacker. You will see on passing downs, when the Bears play the nickel corner, they are always taking Williams off the field instead of James Anderson. I don’t see D.J. Williams making it past this year with the Bears. Jon Bostic is the future middle linebacker of the Chicago Bears.
