1. Are you pleased with the progress of Geno Smith through the first five games of the regular season? Which parts of his skill-set do you like the most? Which do you believe he needs to improve?

I am very pleased with Geno so far.  Am I ready to call him the QB of the future?  Not after five games, but I like what I see a lot.  He has a terrific arm, can stand in and take a hit, and throws a great deep ball.  He learns from his mistakes, and has gotten better from them.  He needs the most work on pocket awareness.  He needs to feel the rush on the backside better than he does now, or it will lead to continued turnover problems.
