NPC’s Week 9 NFL Picks

Think you can pick winners better than the NPC staff?
Here we are at Week 9 in the NFL Regular Season. Here at Nice Pick Cowher, we are not only a bunch of nerds who follow the Pittsburgh Steelers tirelessly, but we are also a bunch of nerds who follow the NFL tirelessly. Therefore we put our money (or maybe just pride) where are mouths are and make picks on every NFL game each week. We don’t mess around with point spreads or anything like that. Just straight up picks.
The Steelers went in the wrong direction for digging themselves out of their hole last week in Oakland and left the Black Hole with another loss. This week they travel to New England where they’ve never won with Brady starting at quarterback. I need a drink already. This is the last week for the dreaded six-team bye week so there isn’t much action to choose from. The divisional action includes the Falcons at Panthers, the Ravens at Browns, and the Colts at the Texans. The Monday Night Football game features the old divisional rivalry between the Packers and Bears. Tonight we’ll get to see all the Dolphin-themed Halloween costumes the dozen or so Miami fans that show up to the games will wear.
Not only can Scott boast for having back-to-back victories of the last two weeks but he also went a perfect 13-0 last week! Way to go Scott! Obviously, I’m going to have to destroy you now. Our reader participant had a great showing as well last week, getting 11 out of 13 picks right. Good job Jenn.
