Former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach, Bill Cowher, continues his interview with Seth Davis on the Seth Davis show on Friday afternoon.  The show begins at 1:30pm on CampusInsiders.com.

Retiring after the 2006 season, Cowher has been a staple on CBS’s The NFL Today alongside Dan Marino, Boomer Esiason, Shannon Sharpe, and James Brown for the last seven NFL seasons.  Fans and media types alike have always speculated whether Cowher will return to coaching and leave the broadcast table.  Cowher has never really tipped his hand if and when that decision will come, but last month he did make mention that he would like to return soon.

Cowher recently entered the fray of the Hall of Fame voting by pushing for Jerome Bettis earlier this week.  Cowher coached Bettis during Bettis’ 10 seasons with Pittsburgh.  The two of them along with OC’s Chan Gailey, Kevin Gilbride, and Mike Mularkey turned the Steeler offense into a pounding and devastating running power house.  Cowher helped put into perspective that Bettis put up Hall of Fame numbers during a period in Steelers history when they had a carrousel at quarterback, and none of them were very good.  In other words Bettis almost literally carried this team all the way up to its Super Bowl XL win in 2006.

The program on Friday is the second part of the hour long sit down which first aired on Monday.  If you missed Part One, you can catch it over on CampusInsiders.com main page.  Below is a few snippets of the second half Davis’ interview with Bill Cowher.
