In order to get to know the Steelers next preseason opponent, the Philadelphia Eagles, a scooch better I was able to talk with Inside the Iggles writer, Giorgos Kassakos and ask him five questions about what we can expect tonight and from the 2014 Philadelphia Eagles. He discussed The LeSean McCoy injury, the latest addition to the Eagles offense, and the outlook for Nick Foles in 2014 along with what he’s looking to see between the Steelers and Eagles tonight in the all-important “dress rehearsal” third preseason game.

1. What does the addition of Kenjon Barner do for the Eagles offense and will Chip Kelly be adding all of his former Oregon Ducks to the team?

Kenjon Barner comes to Philadelphia as just another running back, but knowing his connection with Chip Kelly, I won’t be surprised if he makes the team. The Eagles are worried with their backup RBs, because Chris Polk has had injury issues for a long time and Matthew Tucker has not played in an NFL game. It’s all about competition at this point.
