Top Triplets in the NFL

In the 90s in the NFL the Dallas Cowboys dominated with the triplets of Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin, and Emmitt Smith. On the Around the NFL Podcast Dave Dameshek, Dan Hanzus, and Elliot Harrison debated who has the best version of the triplets in the NFL today. The majority vote was for the Steelers with the combination of Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell. Harrison said that Brown is often overlooked as one of the top receivers in the league and Bell has the capabilities of being the rushing leader this season. I know I sure wouldn’t mind seeing these triplets have the same kind of success that the Cowboys triplets had.

Blount fined for throwing football into the stands

Last Sunday night LeGarrette Blount made Steeler Nation stand and cheer when he took off on an eight-yard run for a touchdown in the Steelers 37-19 victory over Carolina. He also made one Steelers fan in the crowd very happy when he flung the ball into the stands following his trip to the end-zone. Friday, according to PFT, Bell was fined $5,512 by the NFL for that very action. Way to go NFL.

Maybe it’s a sign?
