The Pittsburgh Steelers will be looking to build off their win from the Houston Texans when they go up against the Indianapolis Colts at Heinz Field.  The Steelers continue their up and down season, while the Indy Colts are amassing tons of momentum as they begin to string win after win before going 0-2 to start their season.  Will there be 9,000 empty seats on a Sunday afternoon this time around?  Tough to say, but I’m guessing folks still aren’t sold that this team is anything above a .500 unless they can beat teams like the Colts and Ravens.

The Steelers have a tough matchup against the Colts.  Andrew Luck has been putting up Peyton Manning like numbers this season, and when the Indy defense pulls together, this team can blank you 27-0.  Ben Roethlisberger is looking to continue his success against the Colts (Luck and Manning led) and will also be looking for career win 100.  The last time these two teams faced off was all the way back in 2011.  Granted, it was a Kerry Collins offense back then, but the Steelers defense held tough and caused a turnover when it was most needed.  The Steelers had three turnovers back then and still won.  I doubt they will find that type of success were they to hand the ball over as many times this Sunday.

The game is the featured late game on CBS.  Good for Steeler Nation because unless you live in California or in Ohio, you get to see the game.  The bad news is that it’s a Jim Nantz and Phil Simms game.  Wahhh wahhh.  By far the most annoying play by play/commentary team in the country.  If you’re able, it probably would be best to just turn down the TV and find a way to tune into DVE for Billy’s play by play.
